It's all over now the bikes have been given back and we are all packed to travel home.
Yesterday out final day was interestingly wet or should I say very wet fortunately only for about an hour and we were able to dodge most of the weather, The route and mileages that Breg had planned gave us the convenience of simply having a longer cup of coffee or in my case having a much neeed haircut to wait out the heavier rain.

Greg did a great job with the distances and there was no time throughout the whole adventure that I absolutely needed to get off the bike or didnt want to get back on, even with the Harleyni will put a rider here that is once I softened  the suspension  up.
I think during the whole trip we probably did less than 50km on motorway or dual carriageway and only once, other than at temporary traffic lights sat in a queue and that was in Warsaw during rush ten minutes, you could hardly call it rush hour.
Temporary traffic light and road workings in general was interesting, sometime we sat at temporary traffic lights for what seemed to be an extraordinary length of time but when you moved off you found out why, the road works could go on for a mile or so. Sometimes there would be three or four sets in a very short distance and in other cases we were confronted by what clearly was a no through road sign the classic Tee with a red cross bar which, having consulted the gps we realised that to bypass this obstruction would mean a long detour, so each time we took the chance and went through and was always able to get through so really don't know what the sign meant.
On the subject of signs Greg was a bit confused when I pointed out the difference in the children warning sign I will put one here and one further down see if you can see the difference.

PHOTOS WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL DOWN LOADED AS I HAVE PACKED IT ALL

More for my own use I shall
Include here a breakdown of the days riding

Day one 19th having collected the bikes and loaded up we headed predominately south to near Rzeszow unfortunately the tracker only recorded some of the journey but it was 373 km or 233 miles
We stayed with relatives of Greg's who did us proud over the two days that we stayed
Day two 20th
We had a ride out cloverleafing south to the Soline dam and the edge of the bieszczady mountains and the border with Slovenia 🇸🇮 and Ukraine 🇺🇦
Arriving back at our stop tired and just about ready for a beer or two
Day 3 21
Tracker working now we headed north stoping at Jezowe Batorz and Lublin before heading East to Chelm Greg's father in laws home who
Made me very welcome and lauded on the tastiest hock of ham ever

22 was a rest day in Chelm where we went and visited a Second World War concentration camp of sobiborski initiated by Himmler in 1942

23 we travelled North west hugging in places the border with Ukraine to Augustow where again we stopped for two nights
On the 24 we did another cloverleaf into Latvia yet another country ticked off and was at time literally yards from the Russian border admittedly just a small enclave containing Kaliningrad but still Russia
26 we started our journey back towards Warsaw staying two nights in Malbork and having a day off visiting the massive brick castle
27 a wet ride back to Warsaw
